Three calls dominate our Denver schedule. First, mice and rats in the fall Denver’s first hard freeze sends rodents hunting for wall cavities and garages, and once they’re in, they stay through winter. We seal entry points, set tamper-resistant stations, and check back on a schedule tied to how fast the population reproduces.
Second, spiders and wasps around the roofline. Hail seasons here crack shingles and pry open gaps under eaves, and those gaps become wasp harborage by midsummer. We treat the structure, remove active nests, and point out the specific openings worth sealing.
Third, ants after summer storms. Denver’s monsoon-season thunderstorms drop heavy rain in short bursts, and that water saturates soil and drives ant colonies including the ones trailing across kitchen counters to relocate, often straight into foundations. We track the trail to its source instead of just spraying the visible line.
We cover the full city, from 80202 downtown through 80220, 80232, and out to 80249 near the airport. If you’re seeing any of these patterns, one inspection tells us which treatment applies.
